Our Founder
Matt Drake is a former Sam's Club Senior Product Leader who built and scaled Private Brand development systems and retail data frameworks. With deep expertise in Private Brand lifecycle management, quality assurance, and data automation, Matt founded Startup Success Lab to help suppliers and brokers navigate the complexities of Walmart and Sam's Club retail operations.
